It's good if you have good data or a commission plan without too many variables. Like any software calculating large amounts of data, it depends on how good your data is. If your plan is too complicated, you might be reliant on customer support for plan upkeep and new year plan changes. Make sure to plan ahead when working with customer support on commission plan changes so they are done in time.
