Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am using Ceipal ATS more than 1 year. It is more helpful for tracking the candidats and it gives right candidates with their right skills. And more helpful for filters also. Most profiles updated one and candidate resumes are updated they mention right phone number with their email also. It is more helpful for every recruiters including me.

Pros and Cons

Ceipal ATS shows perfect candidates resume with right skills.
And it combination of Monster, carrer builder and DIce
It has integrated search and if candidates are fake we mark it has fake candidate it shows in Ceipal ATS we get aware of it.

Return on Investment

On my positive side of Ceipal ATS: It is more helpful to recruiters and it will not take to much time for search the candidates.
Negative: Little bit candidates shows with wrong number that's a issue.

Candidate Quality

Tracking is more helpful, it will not take too much time for searching candidates. If you put right strings it will give right candidates to you. And thers is no negative amoung AI it is perfectly working. As I started using Ceipal ATS more than 2 years it will not take much time to search candidate.

Ease of Integration

Yeah they will integrate indeed, linkedin job portals it will be more helpful. And for candidate phone number are little bit fake so they can find some application to solve that. If they solve phone number issue it will be great for all the recruiters. And more over Ceipal ATS best way to recruit the candidates.

Usability

It will reduce manual search because of Ceipal ATS UI. It will give reduce time management recruiters have so much time to work with other works. User manual most helpful we can filter location, work authorization, years of experience, resume upload days, candidates radius ., etc. so much helpful for recruiters thanks for Ceipal ATS user interface.
