Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Ceipal for recruitment and data analysis. I personally use this to track my teamwork records and as well as thier weekly and monthly performance. Ceipal makes it easy for me to keep all the employees record in a single portal as well as the track on posted roles from the sales team and recruitment.

There should be an automatic Boolean maker so that recruiters can easily find the job title and right candidates quickly
Search engine in Ceipal should be more accurate. so that companies can get more business
Ceipal need to add some more program for freshers to learn more about how to make Booleans and find right candidates

Return on Investment

Accuracy for the right fit of candidate makes Ceipal worth spending money on it
Ceipal should use more and more precautions Software's to filter fake posted resumes over the portal which might help companies to make more business.
Ciepal is money efficient as there is other portal in the market do charge more than enough for the services which Ceipal is giving at reasonable rate

Candidate Quality

I would say everything can't be done by AI. There can be a significant way to use AI for Ceipal for the filtration of fake resumes and ID's from the portal. As well as it can be used for making resume for attractive how ever i would say yes it is playing a good role in fecting good profiles from the portal though

Ease of Integration

Since i started using Ceipal i never tried of using any other software for team management. I can easily know how many resumes has been fetched from the portal by our recruitment team and even all the daily resport and acitivity of the employee can be tracked by the single portal

Usability

It makes my work less stressful by providing the full access of team report and tools to recruit candidates from the market. i know a little bit about recruitment but still i can find candidates form the portal. Now i dnt have to make any excel sheet to manage my data

Ceipal is easy to use and money efficient for most of the companies in the market. User interface and simple tools makes this portal more efficient for all the employee from Junior to senior. You can make report and can track employee work status via Ceipal portal only which is not avaible on other portals in the market
