We use it across the whole organization and use it for WFM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruitment.

The ability to create policies and procedures through workflows. The payroll module ensures accurate pay and overtime calculations. The benefit module allows us to track employees enrollment and ACA tracking to make sure we are in compliance.
Having everything housed in one record allows ease of access for managers on their employees from recruitment to retirement. It allows managers to see their team's salaries and raises to keep their teams equitable.
The flow of information and real-time calculations is a time saver that allows for efficiency and less staff needed to run the payroll department. Changes in the HR records flow over and updates into Payroll eliminating the need for manual entries.
Payroll is the best system and a powerful tool. It allows us to manage all of our sites and to have everyone on electronic timesheets. The drawbacks include the recruitment module. It does not have a lot of the standard features found in competitive ATS systems.
