Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

It's used for HR, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll, and Time. We utilize the mobile app, self-service, and all modules with the exception of Benefits.

  • I believe Dayforce has the potential to enhance our ROI. We suffered through poor implementation and configuration challenges.
  • We love the workflows which have greatly reduced the hard copy paperwork we used to receive.
  • Overall, if it were not for poor implementation, Dayforce would be ideal. With the poor implementation we have had to retain a consulting group to clean up Ceridian which is an additional cost to us.
We have been a bit challenged with regard to tax compliance within Dayforce. It appears there is a lack of general knowledge regarding this at Ceridian. With regard to time, we feel Dayforce is capable of keeping us compliant.
I believe the "Real-Time" experience is invaluable. We have eliminated multiple imports into payroll due to this.
We had a separate HR system (Oracle), separate timekeeping system and separate payroll system (ADP). By having one product shared by all, it has reduced the number of imports/exports, paper, errors, etc.
Dayforce has the potential to be the best on the market. Ceridian needs to focus on current challenges with the product at hand versus forward-thinking.
