We don't use Dayforce for hiring, we use iCIMS. It's tricky for tracking hours in "real time" there's a lot of estimating involved. Scheduling, works really well if you use it properly. Comp & benefits has saved our comp and benefits team countless hours.
It's a much more intuitive system than ADP.
