Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Our company uses Dayforce for Payroll and Time & Attendance globally.
  • Dayforce is extremely customizable.
  • It is quick, efficient, and accurate when paying employees.
  • It has automated a number of our previously manual processes.
  • The service support model is difficult at times.
  • If you need changes to your configuration done by Ceridian, it is very costly.
  • For a global tool, you can only process payroll for an employee on one country's payroll at a time.
  • It has reduced our payroll processing time by more than 50%.
Dayforce handles a large volume of our Federal and state tax filings. Our OT policies are easily maintained in the payroll system. And the configuration possibilities allow for our team to update policy to align with our union contracts quickly.

Dayforce is great at processing large payrolls in minutes or even seconds. There are many ways to import large amounts of data without much manual processing quickly. It connects to a variety of vendors automatically as well.
