We use Chargebee to track our annual recurring revenue, churn, leads and other necessary metrics for a SaaS business. We also use Chargebee's revenue story to understand predictions about growth. Chargebee sometimes also helps understand a particular account's subscription, pricing and the number of agents they are currently using with our product.

- Easy to use and has a great UI.
- Also, love the Revenue Story platform on top which provides a good overall picture.
- The dashboard cannot be customized and does not provide a good API to connect to other dashboard software.
- Does not work towards an ROI angle but is super helpful in terms of tracking and is really important to have a system like Chargebee in place.
