I've never used tools like Chorus.ai before.
Chorus.ai makes it easy to record and play back calls with customers and prospects. It provides relevant call details to make it easy to review what went well/didn't go well in a call.
We use Chorus.ai as part of a voice of the customer program, where we review calls with customers and prospects that were scheduled with various departments. This has led to gaining more insight from other departments within the organization.
I haven't had a need to contact the Chorus.ai support team.
Reviewing calls that I miss or that are relevant is super powerful. Chorus.ai gives me the ability to go back and watch/listen to calls with customers or prospects to get a better understanding of what is going on.
