I use heavily for researching clients interactions - it's a great tool for that, as I can see all the conversations being had across the account. The speech to text function is handy, but runs into issues when dealing with accents here in Europe. I found it very useful for my onboarding as it allowed me to learn best practice from colleagues.

  • No issues with reliability.
  • Search is decent, but reliant on CRM being accurate.
  • Text to speech could be better and more tolerant of languages.
  • Would be useful to see playlists for your role to learn best practices from.
  • Reduced my learning time when working with new accounts.

As a call recording tool, this is perfectly adequate - Good UI, everything is there from a user perspective.
