My AEs use to review and coach their calls. I use it for the same reason and also to create a library of best practices. It helps me provide snippets of calls to share with other departments. We also love the scorecards, which helped us scale more quickly.

I really liked ExecVision, and they had a fantastic account manager, too. is so overrated! I think has been my favorite revenue intelligence platform so far. The platform is easy to use, the price is fair, and you get a lot of support. I look forward to seeing new features from them. is one of the most important tools we have, and I would kick and scream if they took it away from me! We brought on to help with sales but other departments have caught on and are using it too. Marketing loves to listen to our calls and the product team also listens to our calls. Even the senior leadership team listens to calls via Our CEO loves and is always reviewing calls as well.
We have the best account manager I have ever experienced. He is so helpful and his trainings have been great! He is committed to our success and always gets back to me quickly. He has helped with increasing adoption and training my current and new reps on the tool.
I love and especially my account manager. Get that guy a raise or promotion. Bringing on a new tool is always challenging but he has helped with increasing adoption and making our team feel supported too. I know that another department is also now using besides sales.
