Chorus.ai is used across our organization. We use this to record both internal and external calls for knowledge sharing. It's extremely valuable to new hires as well to be able to listen to previous calls. We use Chorus.ai to record team meetings, trainings, and sharing customer experiences.

I have not needed the Chorus.ai support team. The product works as expected and all calls stored nicely in a knowledge base for teams to utilize.
