I use Chorus.ai heavily for researching clients interactions - it's a great tool for that, as I can see all the conversations being had across the account. The speech to text function is handy, but runs into issues when dealing with accents here in Europe. I found it very useful for my onboarding as it allowed me to learn best practice from colleagues.
- Pretty intuitive UI.
- No issues with reliability.
- Search is decent, but reliant on CRM being accurate.
- Text to speech could be better and more tolerant of languages.
- Would be useful to see playlists for your role to learn best practices from.
- Reduced my learning time when working with new accounts.
Playlists as part of onboarding for new joiners.
