Chorus.ai is a great tool to help with sales coaching and reviewing calls for updating notes and info in SFDC. I love how it breaks out each person speaking in a visual way which makes it easy to jump to specific parts of the convo or see how much you are talking vs the customer. You can also search for specific words in the conversation and it will be marked on the call map to show you when it was said and by whom. My manager and colleagues also leverage calls for coaching, feedback and learning which makes it a great tool for collaboration and development.

I love how easy it is to review calls in a fast and efficient way. It makes it so I don't have to be writing notes on my computer or notepad and can focus on the call and the conversation, which in turn allows me to be ready for pivots in the conversation and participate more as an active listener.
