Overall Satisfaction with Cisco IP Phone 8800 Series

The Cisco IP Phones 8800 Series is being deployed across the entire organization. It's the main part of Cisco IPT Telephony that we currently use. It facilitates communication between employees by providing high-quality calls and easy-to-manage solutions. It's used internally within the organization and also for making calls externally through Cisco Jabber integration. It basically makes the communication process between employees as smooth as possible and available at all times.

It facilitated the meetings especially through the COVID-19 era, where most businesses shifted to remote work. We purchased the phones in response to that change, and we're happy to have made that decision.
We had some minor operations issues, [which] were resolved quickly by the support team.

Cisco IP Phones 8800 Series are well suited for internal communication between employees within the organization. I believe it won't be suited for businesses like factories and construction places.
