I'd say how we benefited was everyone who worked in the organization at the time who went on these training courses to be scaled in Meraki, got given some home equipment, which then meant that they were getting skilled up on it in their own time because they've got that piece of kit which transfers to a benefit for the business that people don't have to be trained.
