Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

We use Webex Meetings for all of our web, audio, and video conferencing needs. Having the ability do all three on one simple to use platform really saves us time and energy! I personally use it with all of my clients. We are able to share desktops and collaborate in real time which is incredibly useful to me.
  • Video Conferencing - having an MCU in the cloud is an amazing time and money saver!
  • Web Conferencing - first in class web conferencing. There are no competitors that come close to Webex in my experience.
  • Collaboration - being able to use web, audio, and video to collaborate in real time is perfect for my needs.
  • Webex can still be buggy at times. I would like to see these small issues cleared up.
  • Audio conferencing is a bit too pricey in my opinion.
  • User interface color scheme is just terrible to be honest. The all white look makes it hard to spot what I'm looking for.
  • Cut travel costs.
  • Increase productivity and collaboration.
There is no competition in my book. For me Webex is the hands-down winner.
In my experience Webex still doesn't quite have Five9's level of service yet.
I believe it scales OK but with regards to multiple departments or tenants there is room for improvement.
Some room for improvement here. Load times could be a bit faster.
Webex is perfect for IT support. Being able to share and collaborate while working on an issue is paramount.
Webex works very well as a video MCU. I use this feature all the time as I do video conferencing for a living.

Cisco Webex Experience

We use the Webex Smart Boards a lot at my organization. I also deploy them quite often. The ability to have brainstorming sessions using the board is second to none!

I have integrated Cisco's Unified Communications solution into Webex many times now and the tightness of this integration really shines while using the product. Clients with a heavy investment into Cisco UC will be very happy indeed with Webex!
To be honest this is an area I would like to see Cisco improve upon. I have a client that simply will not use the product because they do not trust the security. Reputations matter here so I recommend Cisco begin repairing this part of the product.
