Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Cisco Webex Meetings has an amazing scope, collaboration with our team and, most importantly, you can maintain direct communication with customers who for obvious reasons cannot come to meetings in the company due to the Pandemic. I always use Cisco Webex Meetings on my PC because it is more comfortable due to the larger screen and I can work more efficiently.
  • Fast connection.
  • Very easy.
  • I can observe the video and audio quality.
  • It is characterized by being very easy to use.
  • Only when I try to share the screen can I observe a period of inactivity or a small connection failure.
  • The pandemic has greatly reduced our number of face-to-face meetings and thanks to Cisco Webex Meetings we had a positive impact.

It is easy to use, it does not require extensive knowledge of understanding to be able to use it, just with a quick training you will be able to understand it, it is perfect for videoconferences and being able to integrate clients and work groups virtually.

Webex Meetings Reliability

The immediate availability of Cisco Webex Meetings is perfect, you just have to plan the time of the meeting or call to use this tool, there is a small period of inactivity when we use the screen sharing function in meetings, but it is a very short that does not interfere with the good performance of the meetings.
It is very fast, although short periods of inactivity usually occur when sharing the live screen.
Stability is associated with customers, I always invite customers to meetings through Cisco Webex Meetings and the level of acceptance of this tool is surprising, so much so that we have reduced the number of face-to-face meetings, the pandemic has changed the entire environment work related to face-to-face communication.
