Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Room Series

Cisco Webex Room Series provides an isolated, professional and safe environment for communication between the customer and the engineering team at our company. This tool is used for any urgent and non-urgent type of scenarios where mostly, the customer is required to share information from his/her computer screen and receives immediate assistance from the engineer on board taking control of the end-user, this of course after the customer grants permission. Also used for internal meetings where we study cases and share sensitive or private company information, this tool is our day-to-day bridge on communication.
  • Sharing live screen on great resolution.
  • Request and grant method for taking control of end user.
  • Individual rooms for each team member provide a sense of professionalism.
  • Continuous developer maintenance on bugs.
  • Faster transfer speed is always better.
  • Multiple window streaming enabling.
  • Helps with troubleshooting, so it helps avoid product replacement.
  • It allows our team to communicate from home and that saves a considerable amount of resources spent on the office.
  • It allows us to schedule meetings, so human resources have a balanced load of work.
CWRS stacks up against mentioned software as it provides a full experience on communication and real-time collaboration. Other software commonly present the following issues that CWRS does not:
  • Session 30min limit.
  • No bilateral control request.
  • Slow packet transfer rates.
That having been said, CWRS is a complete tool and stands up pretty far from any other similar software.
This is a day-to-day tool and has not failed since the day it was configured for my user. The configuration required some help from the support team for phone services enabling and was quickly solved in an efficient way by CWRS support. There has been no further issue since then.
This perfect rating is due to its simplicity and efficiency. It has never presented an issue and it's valued as a basic tool for proper customer communication.

Cisco Webex Room Phone, Webex Meetings, Cisco Packet Tracer (part of Cisco Networking Academy)
For any customer support or assistance, Cisco Webex Room Series is hands down the best tool to use. If a customer needs assistance on configuration for a new device, the way to go is CWRS. Anyhow for social meetings or anything not work-related it would not be the first choice, even though it is a pretty capable software for this kind of situation, simpler or popular software are preferred.
