Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use it on a daily basis to organise a whole range of work and activities from internal project, customer projected to Customer Success follow up and product roadmap planning. Click Up helps us organise, visualise and prioritise tasks, provide transparency and control over tasks and projects and the ability to effectively interact with each other.
- Task management
- Different ways to organise and visual the tasks: gantt, ordered list, calendar, kanban...
- The interaction between Docs and tasks is great. Easily convert pieces of text into tasks
- custom fields and columns. Allows different departments to use same platform
- Speed performance. The app feels heavy even with a very fast internet, on a powerful laptop with the native app.
- The task creation based on email. Great for creating tasks, but not for updating, interacting and changing task status.
- More flexible automation. Sometimes you need specific automation for a specific list / folder / space, which seems difficult to achieve with current features
- More qualitative project delivery - less errors and gaps
- Faster project delivery
- Better roadmap management
It has helped and simplified the work organisation between the departments within Operations: Support / Project Management / Delivery and Customer Success. It has also improved our ability to communicate and be transparent to other internal stakeholders such as Sales and external, such as retail and enterprise customers.
The ability to easily create, organise and adapt projects into lists and tasks has made it much easier to be able to execute a project from A to Z without losing control. It has also reduced the cost of change, that is to do structural changes mid-process due to external or internal factors. This is something much harder to do in a Google Sheet despite its inherent flexibility.
