Yes - Research and information gathering, setup, test, and go live.
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - Take your time when making changes in setup to really understand the outcome of those changes.
- Our first trainer was not well versed enough.
- We had to setup twice as we started in R12 then had to revert to R10.

Yes - It was resolved; however, like with most bugs we report, the answer is always that will be in the next patch.
When we cannot get the helpdesk to get back to us quickly, we often reach out to other contacts, and they are quick to help.
