Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures

CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 is used by us to provide our customers with a uniform signature within their mail environment. Previously, it was a challenge for us to properly manage the signature, and we had to set this locally with the users. Using Azure AD Parameters, we can now create a single signature for the entire organization. In addition, it is very easy to manage if, for example, a new user needs to be added.

  • Less unique signatures.
At CodeTwo, the overall experience of the product is a lot more pleasant. From configuration to support. Personally, I find CodeTwo a lot more user-friendly and easier to implement.

We have many customers whose employees are often not in the office. In order to be able to provide these employees with a uniform e-mail signature, we use CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365. As a result, the desired signature is added from any desired device, and everyone has the same experience in terms of communication.
