Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
We use it across the whole organization. We have approval escalation and reporting/review/approval levels - with purchasing needs on the fly and reorder needs setup. This allows the organization to utilize all the features in purchasing to its fullest. We do not travel much yet, but we have all utilized these features in past positions and agree in unison that the features are professionally managed, the prices and flexibility are great.

- The tracking of expenditures has been useful and helps cut down on overspending.
The prices are more than comparable and they are quite reasonable and very accessible. Lead times for delivery are very fast, allowing for limiting and minimizing our office supply inventory requirements knowing that if we run low the replacement is soon at hand. Delivery personnel is also professional and curious about our staff, and that is a huge plus.
We have benefited by having a central location to go to our company's needs. The reports of spending help with cost controls as does the approval escalation process.
