Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

Concur was used by everyone in our organization to address budgetary concerns regarding spending and travel expenses.

The problem to be addressed was that we needed a way to expand and support our growing expenditure as a company. Concur is used by many employees that travel and new employees for reimbursement. However is it not a good program.
  • Ugly.
  • Expensive.
  • Unfriendly to use.
  • Slow.
  • Fix the UI.
  • Lower price.
  • Better support implementation.
  • I guess fewer emails.
  • Less calls from employees.
  • Time saver when it works.
SAP Concur Travel and Expense was integrated with Salesforce and UltiPro. Both software were necessary to integrate with Okta single sign on software. Combined with these they were able to make it easy to access and report expenses. However the program is too buggy. And lacks refinement. Make sure you test it.
I don’t really think it helped our company aside from being a pain. It is a terrible product that is developed in a way that does not serve users or programmers well. It is not user friendly. It has only caused pain and chaos. I would honestly look at different software.
I wouldn’t say it benefited them. The service does not do its single function well. It goes down all the time and required a lot of support to get integrated. It does not respond well and it has a very confusing UI that makes things hard and enables mistakes. A total waste of time and effort by SAP.
Concur is “suited” for companies that need help managing their employee related expenses like travel, plane, car rentals, anything that involves money being spent by the employee that must be reimbursed or managed via company credit cards.

It is not suited for super small companies that have a few employees. This is program appropriate to a manage executives or training reimbursements related to school or onboarding processes.
