Concur for easy expense reimbursements

Concur Travel and Expense are used across multiple organizations I worked so far. There was no alternative at all. It's easy to use and get reimbursed for all expenses including travel, accommodation, professional memberships, technical books, conference fees, and team team expenses. It's easy to use and submit reports and track them.

We have Outlook email integration with Concur Travel and Expense. I can easily see my expenses in email and start creating reports based on the email sent by Concur. In the backend we may have integrated Concur with Oracle EBS. But, I am not sure. Our finance team [can] monitor, review, and approve our requests.

I think the email integration is particularly important and innovative. A template report that is created in Concur Travel and Expense when I use my corporate American Express card for any expenses. This makes it easy for me to remember, create expense report with minimum inputs, and apply for reimbursements without the hassle of going back to memory lane.

Another good feature I see is for Taxi bookings. We can attach and use Uber account along with my corporate American express card. Both are integrated and it makes it easy to create reports with no additional information. We do not have to worry about taking a print or pdf version of the receipts for taxi bookings.

Managers can easily track all the team expenses at one place. Team can quickly create reports and get reimbursed.
