Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
We use Concur Travel and Expense to directly purchase travel for our employees. The site is easy to use and provides many partners and options that best fit your travel needs. Within the site, you are able to charge directly to your cost center. The site makes it easy to book last-minute travel while providing comfort knowing my company backs the application.
- Provides partner airlines, hotels, car rentals, etc.
- Charging information back to your cost center.
- Overview of travel needs in one place.
- Being able to allocate expenses.
- Providing company discounts with vendors.
- The functionality is there, but the tool itself looks to be outdated.
- The application could be a bit more user friendly. Some screens seem bulky and others are vague.
- Time saved through automation.
- Approval process quick and easy.
We currently use SAP ECC.
Employees are able to directly book travel with ease from anywhere.
Admins and users are able to view all options for their needs in one place while integrating with our SAP system.
