Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight
We are mainly using it in the SEO department. We use it for reports to show how our clients' sites are performing for certain keywords. We are also scoped for international markets and use Conductor to track if certain keywords are sending users to the wrong markets and take action to fix this, among other errors.
- Showing rank change
- Filtering
- Customer service
- Adding preferred URLs
- A more robust way to add keywords that any particular site ranks for (our own or competitor).
- Not being able to compare 2 time periods
- Have to wait an entire week to get updated results
- Our Organic Search reports often include keyword data and clients like to see keyword ranking movements, especially when there was an outstanding circumstance and they become increasingly necessary (tracking fell off for a site, traffic is being directed to another country's site)
