Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight
We use Conductor for competitive analysis, content guidance and opportunities, content and organic search performance, and education internally towards decision making. It is used exclusively by marketing and at times referenced in plans supporting commercialization activities. It solves our gap of evaluating content and SEO performance over time to build solid strategic digital marketing plans.
- Support: Conductor provides timely and on-point support for business challenges, newest changes that impact SEO, and approaches to shaping up your SEO strategy to increase KPIs.
- Usability: We found that the usability of the Conductor platform provided immediate actionable information helping to jump start use of the platform, but also quickly get to the bottom of data that guides action at all levels/roles.
- Exposing how clients are using the platform to further their initiatives could be great - almost a VOC use case of webinars to show successes and help others learn.
- While we haven't run formal ROI on the platform, it shows the greatest return on how much it is being utilized by the team in content development efforts, and to evaluate share gain online with new content.
- BrightEdge and seomoz
At the time of evaluation, BrightEdge lacked the usability and immediate insights provided by the Conductor platform. It also appeared to have a higher learning curve. seomoz is great as a free resource, but lacks power in the insights brought to the fore-front.
