Create documents (Proposals, Management Packs, Invoices, Credit Notes, Purchased Orders, project Status Reports) based on Data from Salesforce. This helps us to keep data in Salesforce and allows us a quick and easy solution to create the documents that we need to manage the processes.
- Merge data into templates.
- Merge data into the email.
- Electronic signatures.
- At times can be slow in processing requests.
- User interface could be updated.
- Ensures the team is all working with the templates.
- Ensures that data is correct in Salesforce and in the documents.
New automate as much of the data created as we can and use Conga to extract and process the data into the document template.
