Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer
We use Conga to generate PDFs of insertions orders as well as to get clients and vendors to sign off on those orders. This helps us generate orders in a way that is user friendly (i.e. readable) as well as allows us to keep a paper trail of order versions via signatures.

This has automated a piece for us that used to have lots of extra steps. We used to have to export orders into PDF format, then send them to clients to get signed, and we'd get a signature back in all different formats, sometimes even just a signed, printed paper that they had taken a photo of. That rarely happens anymore.
