Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We use it for remote access to all the machines in our company. [It's] Being used across the whole organization. It allows us great access to the machines regardless of our physical location.
- Doesn't lag like LogMeIn. Great real-time connection.
- File transfer is very useful when troubleshooting remotely.
- Chat is very useful as well as remote command options.
- Adding users isn't simple.
- Managing groups with custom properties is manageable but would be easier if you could just create a group and then easily add a machine to it.
- Cost effective compared to other remote access software
- So much easier to use than LogMeIn, the instant access to a machine with the application installed is very helpful and time saving
- iPhone app isuseful if you aren't in front of a computer
Cost was comparable but found LogMeIn would lag and take time to connect whereas ConnectWise is simple to connect and real-time access. File transfer isalso a very useful tool we didn't previously have.
