Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
Use it every day, to remote into servers we manage for updating and rebooting during non-business hours. Additionally to remote to clients' PC for help desk activities.
- Fast and relable
- Cost-effective
- Rebooting and reconnecting most times do not work
- We know it will work and is fast to connect and operate
- Wish we could offer clients access to their own workstation from outside the office
Great improvement with speed and it just works
