Superb way to share content with your customers!

Overall Satisfaction with Consensus

We use Consensus to help us engage with our customers more when sharing content.

It's so much better to be able to see how our customers have interacted with our content, and when. This way we can react more appropriately.

Overall, the difference in our interactions with our customers now has increased tenfold.

I have previously used the Smart Links feature in Sales NAVIGATOR for LinkedIn.

This was quite similar to Consensus but it feels more like a 'junior' version.

There is much more functionality in Consensus and much more integration with Salesforce which is great when logging opportunities.

I don't know of a better product in the marketplace.

when introducing product sets to customers, sometimes this can be overwhelming of just shared in email or delivered over a Teams call.

By using Consensus I can share multiple videos with multiple contacts easily.

This makes the whole sales process much easier for both sides. I would find it very difficult to provide customers the information in another way.
