Overall Satisfaction with Constant Contact
We use Constant Contact to primarily send out monthly emails to our customer base. This helps us stay in constant touch with our customers, which we love.
- Reporting is good. Overall ease of use of the email template editing is very good.
- Customer support is very good and consistent.
- Easy to navigate through their system.
- Sometimes "glitches" happen when using the email tool. Small things, but can be a bit aggrevating.
- Sending out monthly emails usually results in a few phones calls for additional work. Return on Investment is very good.
Looking at the other email service tools available, Constant Contact presents a professional, user-friendly application.
