Overall Satisfaction with Constant Contact

We use Constant Contact for newsletters for both the organization and programs. We also use it sometimes for event registration.
  • Very easy to use and edit.
  • Tracks clicking and opening rates
  • Integrate with eTap to provide further subscriber management.
  • Emails out of Constant Contact always end up in spam.
  • It helps our organization send out program updates to our partners. It has been a great tool for communication.
  • Its low clicking rate due to most emails ending up in spam has made it difficult sometimes for us to use ConstantContact for our program promotions.
We have started to use SurveyGizmo more and more now for event registration because its email has a less chance being in spam. Also, it is easier to manage all the data coming with SurveyGizmo.
Constant Contact's user-friendly platform makes it very easy for anyone to use in the organization. It is a very quick and easy tool to pick up when you need to send out a newsletter with beautiful design. When you need to communicate something very important, it may not be the best tool since its email pretty much always ends up in the spam folder.
