We use Constant Contact for all email communications. These usually revolve around fundraising activities, programming events, and educational programs. Sometimes, they are also just thought pieces shared.

  • Repurposing for multi-channel social media posts.
  • Good starting templates for design.
  • Brand kits.
  • Limited building blocks in email builder.
  • Limited capabilities for tagging on various social media integrations.
  • Limited native integrations with CRM.
  • Allowed us to reach more people quickly.
  • Allowed us to track engagement with better data.
  • Allowed us to more easily build and replicate correspondence.

Constant Contact is well-suited for basic needs aligned with marketing and correspondence to large groups and lists. The contact and list features are easy to use, and the segmentation and reporting data on email engagement are helpful. However, the design capabilities are limited in some cases, so if the objective is to be more creative and beautiful, and that is the priority, this may not be the tool for you.
