Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

It is not being used well because we are having trouble setting it up. It’s overcomplicated and is not what we expected from a setup perspective. Cornerstone's onboarding was not very good and we were handed off after 8 weeks with only knowing how to do a few things. Not all features were covered.

I don’t love it, so far based on what cornerstone showed us this seems like a very basic LMS which I don’t think it is. The onboarding is not very extensive.
