Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
We currently utilize the performance management tool, along with compensation management for all employees in our corporate and wholesale locations. We also utilize it for our management level positions and above in the US and Canada. By utilizing this tool, we are able to provide feedback in real time to our employees, instead of just twice a year.

- Cascading of the merit budget can be difficult when a leader has more than one function.
- Unable to cleanly utilize the compensation tool if performance reviews do not have a score.
- Any significant work must be done with a third party as Cornerstone no longer completes the work internally (e.g., file interfaces, significant reconfiguration of the tool).
