We use Crossbeam at TrustRadius to connect with partners and potential partners in order to uncover overlapping accounts. Crossbeam allows you to map accounts between you and the partner and only reveals information when a match/overlap is found. This enables us to understand the potential opportunity for our business and our potential partner for mutual customers and for co-selling and co-marketing opportunities.

- Intuitive reporting of overlapping accounts - flexibility to export to CSV
- Ability to connect with Salesforce to keep account lists dynamic, while also allowing the option to use CSV uploads
- Establishing sharing settings for each specific partner could be more intuitive and easy to check.
- Some of the navigation can be slightly confusing as it seems there are multiple ways to view the same information within the platform.
