Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Cvent Event Management is used in our entire event lifecycle. We use Cvent Event Management emails and website to market events and invite attendees. Event registration is processed using Cvent Event Management. In addition, we use the Attendee Hub to stream virtual and hybrid conferences to our attendees. We also use premium surveys to collect attendee feedback following the events.

Pros and Cons

Professional looking software which helps our events level up and attract more attendees.
The website is a valuable tool to provide all conference details to attendees.
The reporting feature is very useful and helps us generate custom reports including attendee reports, financial reports, and many more.

There is a bit of a learning curve which poses as a potential barrier to some users.
I would like to see more ability to customize widgets and graphics.

Cvent Event Management is very well suited to support all sized events, but particularly suited for medium to large scale events. For smaller events such as one hour webinars for example, it may be better to look at other registration methods as it may not be time efficient to set up a new event for a very simple event set up.
