Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics

We use this tool in order to evaluate risk of potential new cusotmers.

Pros

  • They have a large database of company information
  • They keep the same domestic format to help streamline information
  • They make it clear if they have no information or bad information

Cons

  • The D&B team members are hit or miss. I've worked with good ones and no so engaged ones as well.
  • When trying to correct your own company information it can be difficult
  • help make sound risk decisions
  • help keep up with current customers
The DUNS number is needed in our industry.
For our profile it's hard to get our company changed. Other changes have been much easier to work through.
