Overall Satisfaction with D&B Hoovers
Our B2B sales teams need leads, and my job is to fill the sales funnel through email marketing and direct mail. I get my leads through the D&B Hoovers database and am able to drill down to the exact decision-maker I need to approach. Being able to not only have phone numbers but verified email addresses available makes my job easier.
- Able to find target business decision makers
- Able to select email addresses only
- Sorting businesses through a variety of ways is helpful
- Able to select titles "containing" specific words
- We should be able to "exclude" words from titles or company names
- Able to access titles and email addresses more easily - not look at list first, select find matching contacts button, then go back to sort to add titles contain and email addresses, etc. This is a two-step process to get what I need.
- Defining a market can be hard enough on its own. Having the data from D&B Hoovers is helpful as I can drill down to the exact target I need.
- D&B Hoover's screens to fill out are self-explanatory. Little time is needed to get up and running.
