Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion Secure Email

We use DataMotion Secure Email across all our departments. As a hospital, we deal with sensitive data and this software has been very effective when it comes to sharing information securely. We also use this software when sharing information with our patients.
  • Using DataMotion Secure Email is easy as there is no need to keep encrypting emails/files which involves too many steps.
  • The software is mobile friendly which is a plus.
  • The software is very secure and easy to integrate.
  • Comes with an intuitive interface.
  • The software has worked well and I cannot think of any problems.
  • With this software, we are able to comply with data privacy and compliance, this means only authorized parties can access shared files/information.
What makes DataMotion Secure Email different from competitors is that it is so easy to use thanks to the friendly user interface. In addition, the software has great features, and integration with other tools is seamless.
DataMotion Secure Email is very secure and using it is easy—equires no coding.
DataMotion Secure Email is easy to integrate. We have integrated it with Google and Outlook.
We have interrelated DataMotion Secure Email with Outlook and Google and we plan to integrate with Apple soon.
DataMotion Secure Email works well for businesses or organizations that have to occasionally share sensitive data for instance when a hospital is sharing patient information either with the insurance company or other authorized parties. I think the software can as well work for banking institutions.
