Overall Satisfaction with Datanyze
Datanyze was used by my organization to obtain quick contact info to solicit prospects or find alternative methods to get in touch with people who had gone dark in the sales cycle. It was primarily used by our SDR team and only slightly by our various sales professionals as they did some of their own prospecting.
Pros
- Obtain ACCURATE email addresses and phone numbers
- Easy integration with Chrome Extension
- User friendly and easy to use
Cons
- Wasn't a fan when they moved to a purely paid model
- As a free tool, this had a very positive revenue impact on my organization since it allowed SDRs to get the proper individuals in the lead list for reps to solicit.
- Once there was a paid aspect, the ROI would not have been as significant and there are other tools that are paid that can provide larger ROI.
- Clearbit and Hunter
I think Clearbit is a superior product to Datanyze, though it isn't always as user-friendly as Datanyze always was. Clearbit has much better integrations with email service providers so that you can get accurate information on people you solicit as you are writing them emails (as well as accurate company info).
Hunter is a completely inferior and garbage product in my opinion and cannot hold a candle to Datanyze for prospecting.
