Overall Satisfaction with DemandScience Activate (formerly PureB2B)

We used the service purely for lead generation.
  • Account based marketing
  • Listening to, and following feedback
  • Avoid changing account managers so often
  • Account based marketing breadth and depth
  • Geographies targeted
  • Helped build marketing database
  • Did not help ROI as much as we wanted, but some revenue was closed
In my experience, support staff didn't follow basic feedback and I ended up having to do a lot of the work on their behalf.

Since they have been taken over, my experience with Pure B2B was poor.
