Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
We use Deputy for our staff in the labour market for youth workers and disability workers mostly dealing with homeless youth, we have a current 15 staff and are expanding. We also use Deputy for staff to understand their roster and to support our timesheets which is extremely helpful as we take calls less than a hour [before] shift.
- Updating roster and supporting our design to submit changes in fast time as we have a labour market with a short time frames of expectations.
- Make sure staff can edit changes and be aware of the location for the shift to the allow notification to take place with punctuation.
- Support timesheet to match up with invoices on Xero.
- Just allowing a simple approach to use tech with little knowledge of how to use the device.
- Attach value compartment to each other to allow for growth.
- Send a total of hours and break down to the admin to allow for processing.
- Submit the roster and deputy sends out all the changes.
- Time saved within the roster and timesheets very high.
- Accuracy has been good within invoices as that align which is good.
- Payroll run way easier.
