Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
We use Deputy across the whole business, we use it as a rostering system for now but want to start using it as a communication channel within the company so that employees can be aware of any changes or any news regarding the business, as well as delegating tasks to one another when needed.
- Keeping accurate records.
- Sending reminders for scheduled employees.
- Helping in the management of the business.
- The way a roster is displayed, it could be shown in a more user-friendly manner, and have more than one option to view it, so that it is easy to pick up in any mistakes, eg showing how one shift can overlap with the next one or how there is an empty slot between one shift to the next one.
- Having more videos explaining simple things, some info is quite technical and not so user-friendly, having a "dummies" version could help users understand capacities better.
- Having something like Trello's boards could help in a lot of areas that are already connected.
- Doing payroll we have seen a significant amount in time saved as there is no need to do any calculations of our own.
- Amounts paid are quite accurate and easy to be reviewed at any time shall there emerge any discrepancies.
- We feel the ROI is quite good as it does most of the job for us and what we saved from it is much higher than we what we are willing to spend on our own.
