Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

I really like Dialpad. It's very easy to use. The one thing I can say is an issue is the Voicemail function or what it writes is not always correct and may need some work but other than that it is great to have a phone system that is easy to use
  • easy to transfer
  • has great hold music
  • as you talk it is writing what you say to have it in transcript form
  • unanswered Voicemail transcript is not correct
  • when on call it writes incorrect words
  • Needs to have a louder ring or sound to let you know a call is coming in- for those that don't wear headsets all day
  • easy to transfer
  • able to track calls and view your calls
  • able to see who is calling or what calls you missed

Easy to use and maneuver around the system
written transcripts need some adjusting on writing what is actually being said as well as for the voicemails
Great hold music options
