Very practical, easy and useful tool, a good cost-benefit relation.

Overall Satisfaction with Diligent Boards

We use it for managing all the corporate governance, presentations, minutes, attendance lists, etc. We implemented it to avoid confidential problems and to enhance the corporate governance's presentations process.

  • Easy to use
  • Facilitate presentations' checking by the Board
  • You only can check presentation in PDF file, maybe in the future you could check them in power point, I mean with animations.
  • Easy to manage (Upload presentations, take minutes, etc.)
  • Easy access to check presentations
  • You don´t need someone full dedicate to do this activity, for us was a saving in 1 Head count.
I only had to use customer support once, but maybe would be better to receive it in the own language, it was in English.
It eliminated confidentiality problems regarding who can access to what information related to Corporate Governance.

For us is very helpful with the management of Corporate Governance presentations, I don´t find something where It has to improve in an important way.
