The use of the Diligent platform within the organization is primarily to display and pre-report, through a summary of key financial performance results and other relevant strategic topics, to board members, few days previously to quarterly earnings meetings.
It also serves as a repository of official historical documents associated with these meetings that can be consulted by interested parties at any time.

Not having the need to share highly sensitive and strategic information via e-mail or other "public" communication tool, always helps to preserve the security of company information.
